At The Open Union, We believe that organising, Speaking Up & reform are the only way to safeguard innovation, ensure compliance, and drive excellence in the protection of construction professionals. To kickstart this, we have created the RE4M campaign, and integrated the 4 key values into our approach.

RE4M: Technology Campaign
By joining our Campaign for reform as a technology partner, or ally of RE4M . You will go down in history as a key voice for spearheading the the successful reform of an industry so desperately in need.
People (the wrong ones) got us into this mess. So let's use the ground-breaking advancements, found within the development of tech solutions, with the right people in positions of oversight to turn the tide on industry corruption.

RE4M: Design
Function: To Champion, drive and enable
reform within the field of design engineering.
Representing the RE4M group, across a multitude of platforms. From raising awareness and giving informative speeches/delivering seminars on how to champion reform within the discipline. To working directly with clients in a project based consultancy role, identify their needs, strategising on, and producing design scopes for the MEP systemisations required to support the identified phasing of project handover & trials.
RE4M: Facilities
Function: To assist clients through building life-cycle. Creating bespoke facilities management plans, Amass O&M's & Advocate for reform across the industry.
Representing the RE4M group as a leading voice in the area of retrospective, regenerative and optimisation works on pre-existing projects. Driving reform via public speaking, technical/cost assessments and client supply chain financial auditing.
RE4M: Architectural
Function: Be a leading voice on reform, and its necessity in the industry. working closely with
clients to ensure that structural requirements to meet project needs are identified, and implemented.
Representing the RE4M group as an architectural partner or ally. you will be a key voice, Driving reform via public speaking, technical assessments of pre-existing projects, workshopping with clients to ensure the required building use and MEP services are supported by the architectural design from concept through to completion.
RE4M: Construction
Function: Our main focus! speak loudly, and frequently on the industry, the corruption it has faced, the need for reform, and how we will get there!
Representing the RE4M group as a leading voice in the arena of construction works for both new, and pre-existing projects. together we will Drive reform via lobbying, auditing, public speaking, technical/cost assessments and supply chain management/identification.
RE4M: Lobbying
Function: A UNITED FRONT! PARTNERS, ASSOCIATES, AND MEMBERS FROM ALL areas OF THE GROUP Come together to deliver our message as one, at the heart of government.

Work to ensure we are heard, with a view to working alongside political & regulatory bodies to cement reform in legislature.
RE4M: Audit
Function: Implementing Accountability for all
Together, we will provide auditing services to high value, high importance, pre-existing projects. Performing a deep dive into project financials, tendering, and performance. Identifying issues, and if necessary, spearheading the legal retaliations necessary for any breaches, misalignments, incorrect information or misrepresentations found.
RE4M: Investment Campaign
At Open Consulting, we are working hard to achieve the funding necessary to ensure that we have the tools, and the means necessary to take on industry players with very deep pockets.
With an initial focus on available grants/venture funding avenues, we aim to gain the finance required to build our team, and carry out the development work necessary to build corruption-proof software packages and AI tools to support out works toward reform.
With upcoming meeting scheduled for governmental grants, we aim to use a percentage of these funds to support a nationwide marketing campaign, encouraging investment from industry players, rewarding them with a stake in the group as we move forwards to usurp the long standing corruption within the industry, force reform, and ensure our industry is returned to its former glory and reverence.
